Prior to joining us in 2019, Raquel practiced immigration law in both the nonprofit and private settings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work has primarily focused on affirmative family-based immigration, naturalization, and DACA. Raquel received her JD from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and her BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She is fluent in Spanish.
