We work with social justice-minded law students (2L & 3L) throughout the academic year and summers who are interested in learning how to serve disadvantaged communities outside of the classroom. If you are accepted, you will work directly with one of our staff attorneys and get hands-on experience in a dynamic non-profit. Law students are expected to source funding through their schools as we cannot provide financial support.

We invite private attorneys and attorneys and paralegals from firms and in-house legal departments to take full-scope cases or to volunteer in our immigration, housing and reentry clinics. All of our pro bono volunteers receive training and mentoring throughout a case and our clinics are supervised by expert attorneys. We are a certified MCLE provider and also provide malpractice insurance for our pro bono volunteers. Check out our Pro Bono Year in Review for more background on how you can make a difference!
