STAFF OR SENIOR ATTORNEY, HOUSING PROGRAM
CLSEPA is excited to announce a Staff or Senior Attorney position with our Housing Program. The Housing program’s tenant protection legal work is essential for fighting displacement and improving housing stability for working class communities in San Mateo County and Mountain View. We partner with tenants, tenant associations and other nonprofits organizations to share legal information, work together for collective change, and provide free legal services for all who qualify.

PRO BONO MANAGING ATTORNEY
CLSEPA is excited to announce a Pro Bono Program Managing Attorney position. This position is funded through a multi-year grant to preserve homeownership and generational wealth in underserved communities across San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, and reports directly to CLSEPA’s Director of Pro Bono. The Pro Bono Program Managing Attorney will be the driving force behind CLSEPA’s expansion into anti-predatory lending, foreclosure prevention, and pro bono estate planning support.

MANAGING OR SENIOR PARALEGAL
CLSEPA seeks a Managing or Senior Paralegal to support our Immigration program. This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of responding to the need for immigration legal services within working class communities, lending your client-facing and substantive immigration experience and leadership to our mission-driven team. The Managing Paralegal will help strengthen CLSEPA’s intake and clinic processes, build the capacity of our support staff, and ensure that clients are met with efficiency, care, and dignity.
