Prior to joining our team in October 2022, Neha spent over a decade representing children and youth at Legal Advocates for Children and Youth (LACY), a program of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. Neha has worked with children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, served as court-appointed counsel in family law and guardianships cases, represented survivors of domestic violence, and advocated for children with special education needs. Prior to her work at LACY, Neha was a litigation associate at Cooley LLP. Neha earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. from UC Berkeley. She is fluent in Spanish and Marathi.
