Andrea Crane, Managing Attorney, Immigration

Andrea joined CLSEPA in September 2025 after nearly a decade of civil service with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), where she held various adjudicatory and policy roles focused primarily on humanitarian immigration programs. Before her government service, Andrea practiced immigration law in both nonprofit and private settings in New York and New Jersey. She mentored pro bono attorneys through Human Rights First and represented clients in both affirmative and defensive immigration proceedings. Andrea holds a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Asian Studies (B.A.) and Global Business (B.S.) from the University of Redlands. Andrea is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Taiwanese and Spanish.
