Sarah joined CLSEPA in March 2020 as a Housing and Economic Advancement Program Fellow. Previously, she worked as a Human Rights Law Fellow at the International Justice Resource Center (IJRC) in San Francisco, where Sarah focused on women’s rights, anti-discrimination, and human rights issues within Latin America. Prior to working at IJRC, she worked on policy advocacy to advance the rights of Syrian refugees in Jordan, and of fishing communities affected by oil developments in Ghana. Sarah also has experience providing direct services in immigration related matters. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
