Linette joined CLSEPA in October 2020 as a Housing Law Fellow. Prior to joining in 2020, Linette worked with several Bay Area organizations dedicated to promoting immigration rights, including Seaport Law Group LLP, Immigration Services of Mountain View, and CLSEPA. As a law student, she represented clients in worker’s rights and immigration matters at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center, assisted with children’s rights proceedings at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley and Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Nathan Mihara of the California Sixth District Court of Appeal. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law with a certificate in public interest, social justice, and public international law and her B.S.W. from Andrews University.
